Horvath developed with Real Colorado and Arapahoe High School before joining the Molde FK youth academy in Norway in 2013, where he continued his development prior to making his professional debut.
Acquired
Red Bull New York have completed the free transfer of United States international Ethan Horvath from Cardiff City. Horvath signed a one-and-a-half-year MLS contract through June 2027 with options for the 2027-28 and 2028-29 seasons on January 29, 2026.
